1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wyndo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Wyndo provides a tunneling service that allows developers to expose local development servers to the internet via HTTPS. The Service includes:

  • Secure HTTPS tunnels with automatic SSL/TLS encryption
  • Path-based routing for easy access
  • API token management
  • Web-based dashboard

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Host or distribute spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, your access will be limited unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

  • Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
  • Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
  • Update your payment method if it expires or is declined

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account and all associated data will be deleted after the billing period ends
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice
  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
  • Implement usage limits or restrictions as needed

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wyndo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyndo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Any third-party content or conduct

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyndo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wyndo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
